Under the Leadership of Howard “Mike” Beaver, the Muhlenberg Area Ambulance Association (MAAA) was created in 1963 as a non-profit ambulance service by the Muhlenberg Lions Club. MAAA Staffs two ambulances, running approximately 5000 calls a year. MAAA Proudly serves Muhlenberg Township, Laureldale Borough, Alsace Township, and mutual aid to the surrounding areas.
